• I agree to accept the goods and pay for them in accordance with the terms of sale.
• I understand that I am solely responsible for all building permits, building and/or safety codes (if applicable) in the installation of the Genuine Mongolian Ger on my residential or commercial property.
• I understand that I am solely responsible for assembly of ger, provisions of flooring and any other work or cost related to setting up my Genuine Mongolian Ger.
• I understand that Safety Industries, Inc. reserves the right to change, discontinue or substitute materials.
• I understand that I am holding harmless, indemnifying and releasing Safety Industries, Inc. from any and all liability, accidents or incidents that may occur during any use of the Genuine Mongolian Ger.
• I understand that I am responsible for all shipping costs from McGill, Nevada to my destination.
• I understand that all items must be paid for in advance of shipping. A 50% down is required for any custom orders with balance due prior to shipment.
• I understand that in-stock gers may be returned in resalable condition within 30 days of pick-up or shipment, and with customer paying freight both ways. All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• I hereby agree to order the Genuine Mongolian Ger at the costs stated and have read and agree to the terms of sale stated above.
